Lawyer - EU Competition

Reporting to: EU Competition Partner

Contract duration: Permanent (Hybrid working model)

New opportunity for an EU/Competition Lawyer to join our Competition & Regulation team. Based in our Dublin office, our Competition & Regulation Department advises on EU/ lrish merger control, competition law, State aid, AML/CFT rules and public procurement law. The team also advises clients across a wide range of related areas including regulated sectors such as telecommunications, financial services, broadcasting, energy and transport. This Department is one of only two competition practices in the Irish market ranked in Band One by Chambers Europe.

The Person

  • You are a qualified lawyer
  • You have experience in a large legal practice or similar environment with a strong focus on EU competition law issues including merger control
  • You have excellent drafting skills and attention to detail
  • You demonstrate excellent commercial awareness
  • You have good inter-personal and relationship management skill
