Employment Senior Associate

Role:

The position will primarily focus on employment issues in commercial transactions and TUPE. We act for some of the leading employers in Ireland and the role will offer the opportunity to work and take the lead on:

• employment legal aspects of corporate transactions and restructurings
• TUPE law
• employment claims before the Workplace Relations Commission, the Labour Court and the Civil Courts

The Person

• You have an excellent academic background
• You have region five years' experience in employment law work
• You have good exposure to corporate transactions and TUPE law
• You have a high level of commercial awareness
• You have a very strong technical and drafting ability
• You have excellent communication and organisational skills
• You have a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure that deadlines are consistently met
• You have an ability to work as part of a team and show a high level of initiative
