Junior Company Secretarial Executive

This is an opportunity for a pro-active individual to join our team and work towards becoming a qualified Company Secretary. 



  • to produce documentation to facilitate the incorporation of companies
  • to prepare documentation relating to change of name applications and business name registrations, re-registrations and all areas of post incorporation compliance
  • to maintain Companies’ Statutory Registers and Records
  • to ensure that Companies Registration Office documents are filed on time and accurately
  • to liaise with external and internal clients as necessary
  • to assist with the notarisation and apostillisation of documents
  • attendance at board meetings and minute-taking
  • re-constituting historic Statutory Registers
  • advising and assisting our client base on various matters relating to their compliance requirements under the Companies Acts 2014
  • drafting documents and resolutions following firm precedents
  • liaising with internal and external lawyers, accountants, and regulatory bodies such as the CRO
  • providing support to internal colleagues on company secretarial related matters
  • undertaking legal and non-legal research on behalf of clients and other fee earners
  • carrying out due diligence



  • Either part-ICSA qualified or some relevant experience
  • Knowledge of the Companies Act 2014
  • Excellent computer skills especially Microsoft Word, Internet Explorer and Outlook
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work both as part of a team and on own initiative when necessary
  • Flexible approach to work and people
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
